No Audi dealerships anywhere near where I live and after 6 years as a service advisor for Chrysler I trust them the most with any make vehicle I drive, took my own oil and filter just to make it easier on the tech, $20 and I was out the door in roughly an hour. As long as they’ll take an Audi I’ll be coming back for my oil changes.

My family has been purchasing trucks and SUVs from Cumberland Chrysler since 1998. The reason for this is because of the people that work there and the product. The service department has to be one of the best in the country. They are experienced, polite and completely honest. I was getting my truck serviced and was hanging out when a young soldier and his family came into the service department. The soldier was just a few days from deployment and had orders to report at a certain date and time. Their mini van was broken down and they had no money, they were tired, hot and exhausted from a long trip from Texas. They were hoping the repairs would be under warranty but they weren’t. The repairs weren’t minor and there were parts involved. The soldier and his wife and small child were given cold drinks and snacks while their vehicle was being repaired. Cumberland Chrysler picked up the entire cost of the repair. They were under no obligation to do this but stepped up and took care of business with no hesitation. They get a five star rating from me and my family and we will continue buying our vehicles there.
